Return Policy
First, please visit our product guarantee section for more info on our products warranty information.
Before planning to return any cartridges, try to check out the information we have available at our FAQ and troubleshooting section.
If you continue to have problems, please contact
us first at support@inkkit.com about what happened.
We may repeat some information within our FAQ and
troubleshooting. However, it is important to let
us know what happened and so we can authorize your
return.
To be eligible for a refund, we ask that your cartridge
be at least 70% full in order to qualify for return.
That is a reasonable assessed limit for the cartridge
to be confirmed defective. This assessment is applied
due to our experience in that some returned products
were actually empty.
We do not charge any return or restocking fee. We will pay for the postage on any replacement sent to you. However, we do not guarantee covering the postage for shipping returns back to us. Also, the correct items must be returned to guarantee credit from us. If you do not send back the correct items or items sent back that was not purchased from us, the return will not be accepted.
We will replace cartridges upon receiving the returned items. If you wish to receive replacements faster, it is best to place a new order and ask for refunds on returned items.
If you request USPS Express Mail service, DHL Express, or DHL second day, shipping charges are non-refundable in any circumstance.
When you return your ink
cartridge(s) to us for credit or exchange, please
allow up to 2 weeks after our receipt of the cartridge(s)
for processing. Inquiries regarding return process
time may not receive respond, as they cause an overall
delay making things even slower. If you want to
have greater control and confirmation on the receipt
of your return, please use your preferred courier
with a package tracking system.
